Halloween is quickly approaching, and the VSU campus recreation department is ready to scare anyone who is daring enough to take a walk through the “Junk Yard Trail.”
On Oct. 27-29 from 8-10 p.m. the campus recreation department is presenting the Scream Extreme “Junk Yard Trail.” According to Galen Martin, assistant director of outdoor programs, students or non-students who wish to go on the Junk Yard Trail, should meet beside the Sustella Parking Deck. Payment will be accepted at the entrance point. The price is $3 for VSU students and $5 for non-students. Change will be available if needed, but exact payment would be appreciated, Martin said.
The Junk Yard Trail will begin at the Azalea trail and will venture through the junk yard, ending with the guests exiting through Centennial Hall. A tour guide will guide each group through the trail and guests must be 12 years or older to attend.
For more information call campus rec center at 333-5898.
