Ashley George is the new Opinions Editor for the Spectator. She is a junior and has been on the staff as Circulation Manager since the second semester of her sophomore year.

Ashley spends her summers interning at the Packaging Corporation of America and the past summer for its company magazine, The Linerboard Leader.

Ashley likes anime, playing video games and doing her nails. She also enjoys creating awkward moments to entertain her. She would like to travel to Japan someday…or maybe France. Ashley has been a Christian for the past two years (yay God!). Along with anime, Ashley’s favorite things to watch include stuff like “Ace
Ventura: When Nature Calls,” “Hot Shots,” “Scrubs” “Family Guy,” and of course, “Spongebob Squarepants.” She also enjoys random cheesy dramas as long as no one minds her making fun of it the whole time.
Her favorite color is blue, not light blue, but that kind of dark royal blue. The same color as her car that she
affectionately nicknamed Baby. After she graduates, Ashley would like to do advertising for a world hunger charity (‘cause being hungry stinks!) She also plans to move somewhere it doesn’t snow (maybe Florida).
