Former University president dies

Shortly after 10 a.m. today, Dr. Bill McKinney, VSU president, informed University employees of former VSU president Dr. Hugh C. Bailey’s death via email. “It is with great sadness that I inform the Valdosta State University family of the death of Dr. Hugh C.
