Rant and Rave of the Week: September 10, 2009

Student Housing
Student Housing definitely works hard to make sure all our maintenance or any other personal problems inside our rooms are fixed promptly. If you put in a work order, either over the phone or on the Internet, you can be sure that they will be there to help you later that day, or if not definitely the next day. The staff is also always very reassuring and courteous when it comes to helping you with almost anything!

Student Housing is a wonderful gift for college students, being that there are plenty of colleges that don’t offer housing at all, but the process of transitioning into housing and getting used to some things that come with it can be distressful. For example why in the world does Centennial Hallway floors and walls look so grubby? It is a beautiful building but you would never think that, if you walked around in the inside. Like I said before, I know housing is a “gift” to students, but we still have to live here!
