The grills have cooled off and it’s time to get back on the job hunt. There are three jobs this week that employers want to fill. So turn down that music and grab a pen.
If you currently are working in retail and you are looking to further your career you may want to look into applying for the position as an Assistant Store Manager at Stein Mart. The job may require relocation for some being that it is in Columbus, Ga; however, it will pay a semi-monthly salary to the full-time associate hired. The job qualifications include two to four years experience in retail with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree. So before you take another paycheck below your education, you may want to think about applying and possibly packing for a new beginning in Columbus.
If you love children and enjoy working with them, you may want to consider applying for a position in Tift County. There are two positions open as a Migrant/ESOL Paraprofessional in with Tift County Schools Migrant Program. A high school diploma is required, as well as passing the GACE Paraprofessional assessment, in order to be considered for employment. However, applicants who have 60 or more credit hours are not required to take the assessment. Bilingual skills are also welcomed. So if you feel you have a talent for helping children learn in education, definitely visit Career Services to apply.
